THE COURT. — The opinion filed in this matter on January 20, 2017, is modified as follows:
On page 17, in the first line of the first paragraph [7 Cal.App.5th 899, advance report, 2nd full par., line 1], delete "Roland" and replace with "R.R."
Except for this modification, the opinion remains unchanged. This modification does not effect a change in judgment.
