In the Management Trust of Joseph Charles Corpora, an Incapacitated Person

Trial court: Probate Court No. 1 of Travis County, Trial court case number: C-1-PB-23-002076

ORDER

Julie Countiss, Judge.

On March 4, 2024, appellant, Joseph Charles Corpora, filed an Unopposed Motion to Abate Appeal Pending Restoration Investigation, asking this Court to abate the appeal and briefing deadlines "to allow additional time to obtain medical evidence for a restoration investigation pending in the trial court."

We grant appellant's unopposed motion. This appeal is therefore abated, treated as a closed case, and removed from the Court's active docket.

The parties are ORDERED to submit a status report within 30 days of the date of this order informing the Court of the results of the investigation. If the parties do not file a status report by that date, the Court will lift the abatement and reinstate the case to its active docket.

It is so ORDERED.
