ORDER MODIFYING STAY AS TO SALMONELLA CLAIMANTS
Upon notice of the motion by certain Salmonella personal injury claimants to modify the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362 for entry of an order granting all Salmonella personal injury claimants relief from the automatic stay, subject to the condition that any related future compensation paid on behalf of the Debtor would be recovered solely from Debtor's liability insurance policies, without recourse to any other assets of the Debtor; that motion having been heard on this date; and this Court having determined that granting all Salmonella personal injury claimants relief from the automatic stay, subject to the condition that any related future compensation paid on behalf of the Debtor would be recovered solely from Debtor's liability insurance policies, without recourse to any other assets of the Debtor will not hinder, burden, delay or otherwise impact this bankruptcy case, and would instead prevent an injustice to all such outstanding Salmonella claimants; it is accordingly
ORDERED
That the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362 is hereby modified, granting all outstanding Salmonella personal injury claimants relief from the automatic stay, subject to the condition that any related future compensation paid on behalf of the Debtor shall be recovered solely from Debtor's liability insurance policies, without recourse to any other assets of the Debtor.
