[Modification of opinion (99 Cal.App.4th 594; 121 Cal.Rptr.2d 301) on denial of petition for rehearing.]

THE COURT. - 1. The opinion filed June 20, 2002 is modified as follows:

a. Page 24, paragraph 1, line 2 [99 Cal.App.4th 612, advance report, 1st par., line 2], shall read as follows: "gloves for latex content in 1992-1993, it was not required by the FDA to do so until after 1993."

b. Page 24, paragraph 2, line 2 [99 Cal.App.4th 612, advance report, 2d par., line 2], shall read as follows: "techniques, such as between 1992 and 1994, requiring all its gloves to undergo a post-cure rinse and" . . .

2. The petition for rehearing is denied.

3. There is no change in judgment.
