This court affirmed the district court's denial of appellant's motion to vacate the May 2004 order allowing the sale of the real estate. See In re Conservatorship of Hopkins, 2005 WL 1514441 (Minn.App. June 28, 2005). In February 2006, the district court heard appellant's petition for an order restoring her to capacity as to her person and estate.
