CORPORATIONS, § 552 — action by conservatrix under Uniform Stock Transfer Act. In action by conservatrix to recover certificate of stock under section seven of the Uniform Stock Transfer Act, lower court did not err in granting plaintiff a new trial, where incompetent had indorsed stock in blank to a brokerage firm, which repeatedly pledged it as collateral with defendant bank, some pledges taking place after conservatrix had notified bank of her appointment and requested information as to any property in its possession belonging to incompetent (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1939, ch. 32, § 422; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 32.201).
