STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO OBJECT TO DISCHARGEABILITY


UPON CONSIDERATION of the consent of the parties to the entry of an Order in the following format, as evidenced by their signatures or the signatures of their respective counsel, and good cause appearing it is hereby;

ORDERED, that the Consent Motion to Extend Time for the filing of a Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Certain Debts, shall be and hereby is GRANTED: and it is further

ORDERED, that the time for the scheduled creditor Priscilla Kramer (f/k/a Priscilla Kramer-Connolly) to file an Objection to the Dischargeability of Debt or a Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt shall be and the same is hereby extended sixty (60) days up to and including November 19, 2011.
