An appeal having been taken to this Court from three dispositional orders of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 19, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And respondent-appellant having moved for a preference in hearing of the appeal, for his immediate release from detention, to amend the order assigning counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
