ORDER

Considering the Petition for Transfer to Active Status filed by respondent, and the response thereto filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

IT IS ORDERED that the petition for transfer to active status be and hereby is denied. Pending further orders of this court, respondent shall remain on disability inactive status pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 22(D).
