Respondent-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 11, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed one seeking vacatur of the dismissal of the appeal and, as such, is granted, and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the October 2019 Term (see, 22 NYCRR 1250.10).
