ORDER


THIS MATTER comes on upon the objection of Donald F. King, Trustee (the "Trustee") to the proof of claim (the "Claim"), identified as claim number 1724, filed by Frank Unger (the "Claimant") and

IT APPEARING that, for the reasons stated in open court, the Trustee's objection to the Claim should be sustained; and that the Claim should be deemed a proof of interest, it is therefore

ORDERED that the Trustee's objection to the Claim is hereby sustained; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Claim shall be, and hereby is, deemed to be a proof of interest in the amount of $1,145.30.
