ORDER GRANTING CONSENT MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUPPLEMENTAL CERTIFICATES OF SERVICE UNDER SEAL


Upon consideration of the Consent Motion For Leave to File Supplemental Certificates of Service Under Seal (the "Consent Motion"), and any objections thereto, the same having been read and considered, it is this ___ day of _________, 2003, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia,

ORDERED that the Consent Motion is hereby GRANTED, and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk shall maintain under seal the supplemental certificates of service containing the names and addresses of former California students of Computer Learning Centers who made a claim against the California Student Tuition Recovery Fund ("STRF") but not against the CLC bankruptcy estate in Trustee's filing of documents related to its settlement with the Bureau. Said supplemental certificates of service shall be marked as "Filed Under Seal."
