ORDER AUTHORIZING PUBLIC AUCTION OF PROPERTY


THIS MATTER came on upon the motion filed by Donald F. King, Trustee (the "Trustee") for approval of a public auction of property of the bankruptcy estate, and

IT APPEARING that the motion should be granted, it is therefore

ORDERED that the Trustee may sell by public auction the property listed on Exhibit A attached to this Order, provided that such auction shall not include the sale of any AS2 software previously licensed by AlaQuest International, Inc. to the Debtor.

EXHIBIT A

Six (6) Compaq Servers Twelve (12) Desk Top Personal Computers Four (4) Switch/Router Devices HP 4100 Series Printer 25 boxes of office supplies, software, toner cartridges, and assorted miscellaneous computer supplies and parts.
