THIS MATTER comes on upon the First Omnibus Objection to Employees' Claims filed by Donald F. King, Trustee (the "Trustee"), and

IT APPEARING that for the reasons stated in open court, the Trustee withdraws his objection to the claims filed by Alicia Quarles (claim number 3059) and Lissette Ragno (claim number 2059); that claim number 2862 filed by Berhe Andeberhan shall be deemed a late filed claim; and that the omnibus objection should be sustained with reference to the claimants and claims identified on the attached Exhibit A, it is therefore
