ORDER

This is an appeal from an involuntary civil commitment order. The clerk's record was filed under seal on February 10, 2017. On March 9, 2017, appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file his brief and for access to the clerk's record. Appellant attached a copy of the trial court's order granting appellant's counsel, Teresa Simpson Dunsmore, access to the clerk's record for the purpose of preparing an appeal of this cause.

The motion is granted. Counsel for appellant, Teresa Simpson Dunsmore, may check out the sealed records in this case. Appellant's brief is due 30 days from the date of this order.
