IN RE: COMMITTEE ON BAR ADMISSIONS CFN-917885.

BAR ADMISSIONS PROCEEDING

PER CURIAM.

The Committee on Bar Admissions advised petitioner that it could not certify him for admission on character and fitness grounds relating to his violation of his law school's student code of conduct. Petitioner then applied to this court for the appointment of a commissioner. We remanded this matter to the Committee on Bar Admissions Panel on Character and Fitness to conduct an investigation and appointed a commissioner to take character and fitness evidence. Following a hearing, the commissioner filed his report with this court, recommending that petitioner be admitted to the practice of law. Neither party objected to this recommendation.

Considering the commissioner's recommendation and the entire record of this proceeding, we conclude petitioner is eligible to be admitted to the practice of law in Louisiana.

It is further ordered that petitioner shall comply with the requirements of Section II(4)(a)(b) of this court's order of July 22, 2020 within one year of the date of admission.

ADMISSION GRANTED.
