AN ORIGINAL PROCEDDING IN MANDAMUS ORDER
The Court has this day considered the Relator's motion for temporary relief, and concludes the motion should be GRANTED. Therefore, the 205 District Court is directed to stay all proceedings in cause number 5331, styled Comanche Trail Pipeline, LLC v. Daltex Munn Associates a/k/a Daltex Munn Association, pending disposition of this original proceeding or further order of this Court. The stay of proceedings includes the order entered by the Honorable Susan Larsen on September 28, 2017.
