MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators, Colonial Pipeline Company, Jon Justice, Integrity Inspection Services, L.L.C., George Robinson and Petrochem Inspection Services, Inc., filed a petition for writ of mandamus. We requested a response from the real parties in interest. On April 18, 2012, Relators withdrew their request for mandamus relief. Accordingly, we dismiss this original proceeding without reference to the merits.

PETITION DISMISSED.
