STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINE TO FILE A COMPLAINT OBJECTING TO DEBTORS' DISCHARGE


Joel I. Sher, Trustee, and Robert Lee Collins, Sr. and Catherine Mary Collins, Debtors, by their undersigned counsel, hereby AGREE, CONSENT AND STIPULATE that the deadline to file a complaint objecting to the Debtors' discharge shall be extended through and including November 28, 2008.
