ORDER

Relator, Collin County Auditor Linda Riggs, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's October 31, 2023 order approving and ordering additional payment by Collin County to the attorneys pro tem at the additional rate of $300.00 per hour.

If the respondent and/or the real parties in interest wish to file a responsive brief to the petition for writ of mandamus, such brief must be filed within 30 days of the date of this order. Tex.R.App.P. 52.4, 52.8(b). Any additional record is also due within 30 days of the date of this order. Tex.R.App.P. 52.7. A reply, if any, from relator is due seven days after any responsive brief is filed. Tex.R.App.P. 52.5.

It is so ORDERED.
