ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The attorney general's motion to toll appeal until all transcripts are produced is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT THAT counsel for appellants, Steven A. Menken and Steven M. Gilbert, are required to file either of the following within 14 days of this order: (1) a transcript of the December 6, 2021 hearing (purported to be the first day of the termination hearing) with the trial court and a notice of filing transcript for that hearing date with this Court; or (2) a motion in the trial court to settle the record with regard to the December 6, 2021, hearing date and a copy of the motion to settle the record with this Court. MCR 7.210(B)(2).

The Clerk's Office is directed to email a copy of this order to Judge Cylenthia Latoye Miller and Court Reporter Cheryl D. White.
