ORDER
PER CURIAM
AND NOW, this 11th day of July 2024, in accordance with C.J.D.R.P. No. 504, the hearing on the issue of sanctions shall be held September 25, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in the Superior Court Courtroom, 530 Walnut Street, 17th Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The Judicial Conduct Board and the Respondent shall each file on or before September 18, 2024, a list of such witnesses as either party may intend to present for testimony at that hearing, and shall serve a copy of said list upon the other party.
