IN RE CONNIE COBB AS A SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE

ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Tijerina and Peña

ORDER

Per Curiam

By petition for writ of mandamus, relator Connie Cobb as substitute trustee asserts that the trial court abused its discretion by denying her motion for summary judgment and motion to dismiss. The Court requests the real party in interest, Jose Maria Longoria, or any others whose interest may be affected by the relief sought, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
