FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS RE: C.N.C.


The Joint Stipulation to Extend Probation is approved and the probationary period imposed against C.N.C. in Florida Board of Bar Examiners Re: C.N.C., Case No. SC13-728, is extended until September, 12, 2017, under the existing terms and conditions with the testing requirement increased from randomly to monthly for the first year, effective immediately.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this probation. A True Copy
