As directed to do so, appellant has filed written verification that he has requested the reporter's record. Accordingly, we ORDER Shantel Beheler, Official Court Reporter for the 301st Judicial District Court, to file the record no later than June 12, 2024. Because the clerk's record includes a statement of inability to afford payment of court costs, the record shall be filed without payment of costs. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Beheler and the parties.
