MEMORANDUM OPINION

The underlying case is State of Texas v. Cameron Michael Moon, Cause No. 2008-06648J, in the 313th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, theHon. Pat Shelton, presiding.


By petition for writ of mandamus, relator, C.M., seeks relief compelling the trial court to vacate its order waiving jurisdiction.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. All pending motions are overruled as moot.
