ORDER
On order of the Court, the joint motion to vacate the October 5, 2021 order of the Kalamazoo Circuit Court and the September 22, 2022 and April 27, 2023 judgments of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED.
The parties are to file supplemental briefs addressing the issues identified in this Court's order of July 19, 2023 pursuant to the following expedited schedule: Appellant's brief and appendix must be filed no later than November 17, 2023; appellee's brief and separate appendix (if any) must be filed no later than December 1, 2023; and appellant's reply and any amicus curiae briefs may be filed no later than December 11, 2023. The Clerk of the Court shall place this case on the January 2024 session calendar for argument.
