DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Robert L. Clarey for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Clarey was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department on December 12, 1967.
