MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated December 11, 2020, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated October 13, 2021, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated November 5, 2021, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated November 10, 2021, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by December 13, 2021. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
