MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person, to have appeals heard upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board, for consolidation and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person, to have the appeals heard upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board and for consolidation is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint brief and the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board and the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 are waived, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to October 28, 2021.
