Before the Court is the Department of Family and Protective Services' unopposed motion to extend time to file briefs in response to appellants' briefs. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the Department's briefs be filed no later than August 19, 2022. Because this is an accelerated appeal in a parental termination case, we caution that further extensions will not be granted.
