From the 166th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015-CI-13590
Honorable Larry Noll, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On July 11, 2016, this court received appellee's brief. The brief violates Rule 9.9 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure in that it uses the name of the minor child. See TEX. R. APP. It is FURTHER ORDERED that appellee file an amended brief redacting the name of the child in compliance with Rule 9.9 no later than 14 days from the date of this order or the appeal will be set at issue without an appellee's brief. The amended brief must also contain a certificate of compliance containing the word count in accordance with Rule 9.4(i)(3). See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.4(i)(3).
