On May 22, 2024, real party in interest filed an opposed motion for extension of time to file a response to relator's petition for writ of mandamus. Real party in interest's motion is GRANTED, and real party in interest's response is due no later than June 3, 2024. Relator may file a reply in this court no later than June 10, 2024.
