MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator Ali Choudhri has filed a motion to dismiss his petition for writ of mandamus. Real party in interest is unopposed to this motion.
The underlying case is In the Matter of the Marriage of Hira Azhar and Mohammad Ali Choudhri, cause number 2015-36895, pending in the 312th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable David Farr presiding.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. Any pending motions are also dismissed as moot.
