RE: Chief Judges for Administrative Purposes of the Summary Courts
ORDER

I FIND THAT it is necessary to amend the Order re: Chief Judges for Administrative Purposes of the Summary Courts dated June 28, 2023. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Section 4, Article V, of the South Carolina Constitution, IT IS ORDERED that Judge R.N. Feaster, Sr., at his request, be removed as Chief Judge for Fairfield County effective immediately.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judge V.C. Hollins be designated as Chief Judge for Administrative Purposes of the Summary Courts for Fairfield County and her authority shall include, but not be limited to, the administrative purposes and acts set forth in my Order dated June 28, 2023, designating Chief Judges statewide.
The authority conferred on the Chief Judge for Administrative Purposes of the Summary Courts for Fairfield County by this Order shall become effective immediately, and shall continue through December 31, 2023, unless changed or revoked by Order of the Chief Justice.
