The parties, by their attorneys, hereby stipulate as follows:

1. The parties have executed a settlement agreement regarding the above referenced matter.

2. As part of the settlement agreement, the Plaintiff agrees to dismiss the case with prejudice.

3. The Plaintiff hereby DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the above captioned case.
