ORDER

PER CURIAM

On December 4, 2024, relators filed an unopposed motion to dismiss their petition for writ of mandamus, stating that the issues in this original proceeding are now moot because the parties have reached a settlement in the underlying matter.

After considering the motion to dismiss, we GRANT the motion and DISMISS as MOOT relators' petition for writ of mandamus.

It is so ORDERED
