ORDER
PER CURIAM
On November 12, 2024, relators filed a motion for emergency relief On November 15, 2024, real party in interest filed a motion to extend his deadline to file a response to relators' mandamus petition.
After considering relators' motion for emergency relief, real party in interest's response, relators' reply, real party in interest's sur-reply, and supplements to the record, we GRANT the motion for emergency relief and STAY all proceedings in the underlying matter pending further order of this court.
After considering real party in interest's motion to extend his deadline to file a response to the mandamus petition and relators' response to this motion, we GRANT the motion. Real parties in interest may file a response to the petition in this court no later than December 6, 2024. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.
