IN RE GLENN EDWARD CHAMPAGNE

Original Proceeding

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Glenn Edward Champagne seeks mandamus relief. The complaints mentioned in the petition appear to concern proceedings that occurred in a criminal case that resulted in a conviction and sentence that has been affirmed on appeal after transfer to another court of appeals on a docket equalization order. See Champagne v. State, No. 13-11-00657-CR, 2012 WL 2469677, at * 1 (Tex. App.—Corpus Christi Jun. 28, 2012, no pet. h.) (mem. op., not designated for publication). The petition presents neither a clear and indisputable right to the relief sought nor the lack of an adequate legal remedy. State ex rel. Hill v. Court of Appeals for Fifth Dist., 34 S.W.3d 924, 927 (Tex. Crim. App. 2001). We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.

PETITION DENIED.

PER CURIAM Do Not Publish Before McKeithen, C.J., Gaultney and Kreger, JJ.
