This original proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2003-CI-13670, styled Peter M. Chairez and Wife Deborah Chairez v. John M. Morales and Wife Donna D. Morales, et al., in the 131st Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable David A. Berchelmann, Jr., presiding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On April 8, 2005, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for temporary relief. The court has considered relator's petition and motion, and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus and motion for temporary relief are denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
