IN THE INTEREST OF C.H AND M.H., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 192nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DC-24-00720

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

Before the Court is appellant's June 2, 2024 "Petition for Writ of Error Judicial/Constitutional" which we construe as a motion seeking reversal of the trial court's judgment. We DENY the motion without prejudice to appellant asserting her arguments in her brief on the merits.

The reporter's record is past-due. Accordingly, we ORDER Official Court Reporter Tenesa Shaw to file the reporter's record on or before August 14, 2024. Because appellant is considered indigent, the reporter's record shall be filed without cost.

We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Shaw and all parties.
