Good cause appearing, the above-entitled cases are consolidated for purposes of oral argument and opinion. Oral argument shall be 60 minutes (30 minutes for petitioners and 30 minutes for the People). Counsel for petitioners shall argue first and may reserve time for rebuttal. They are directed to decide among themselves an allocation of their allotted time that complies with section V of the Internal Operating Practices and Procedures of this court.
