The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief in Response to Amicus Brief filed on the 3rd of December 2021 by State of N.C.:
"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 3rd of December 2021."
State of N.C. shall have up to and including 33 days after Respondent files and serves his/her brief with this Court to file brief in response to Amicus Brief.
