ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 22-107, concluding that Pamela Martha Cerruti of Montclair, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1988, should be reprimanded for violating RPC 1.2(d) (counsel or assist a client in conduct that the lawyer knows is illegal, criminal or fraudulent), RPC 1.4(d) (failure to advise a client of the limitations on the lawyer's conduct when the client expects assistance not permitted by the RPCs), RPC 2.1 (failure to exercise independent professional judgment and render candid advice to a client), and RPC 8.4(c) (engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation), and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Pamela Martha Cerruti is hereby reprimanded; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
