JUDGMENT
This matter came before the Court on the First Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Injunctive Relief (Doc. No. 3) filed by the Plaintiff Neil Meyers against Defendants Jared Meyers and Celebrity Resorts, LLC, et al., the thirty-six Debtor-in-Possession entities (collectively, with Jared Meyers, "Defendants"). The final evidentiary hearing was held on December 2 and December 3, 2010 at which the parties and their respective counsel appeared.

After reviewing the pleadings and evidence, hearing live testimony and argument, and in conformity with and pursuant to the Memorandum Opinion and Order entered contemporaneously herewith, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the relief sought in the Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint (Doc. No. 3) is hereby DENIED and JUDGMENT is hereby entered in favor of the Defendants and against Plaintiff Neil Meyers.
