ORDER

The Office of Attorney Ethics having filed with the Court a petition pursuant to Rule 1:20-3(g) (3) (duty to cooperate in ethics investigation), Rule 1:20-3(g)(4)(failure to so cooperate), and Rule 1:20-11(a)(substantial threat of serious harm to clients, attorneys, and/or the public), seeking the immediate temporary suspension from the practice of law of Kathleen Marie Cehelsky of Woodbridge, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1989; and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the request for respondent's immediate temporary suspension is denied without prejudice to the renewal of the motion if respondent fails to comply with the following conditions: Respondent shall complete the accounting for the estate of Michael M. Brown and make distributions within ninety (90) days of the date of this Order. All checks from the estate shall include a co-signer who is an attorney licensed in the State of New Jersey.
