FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS RE: C.C.R.


The Joint Stipulation to Extend Probation is approved and the probationary period imposed against C.C.R. in Florida Board of Bar Examiners Re: C.C.R., Case No. SC18-1782, is extended until June 16, 2024, under the existing terms and conditions with the added condition that the testing requirement include more random Peth tests during the first year of the extension, effective immediately.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this probation. CANADY, C.J., and POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, LAGOA, LUCK, and MUÑIZ, JJ., concur. A True Copy
