ORDER
Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The "Motion to Waive Fee Written Transcript" is DENIED. Appellant has been repeatedly advised by the Court of Appeals that he must file a copy of the written transcript of the September 28, 2022, hearing date. If appellant fails to file a copy of the written transcript of the September 28, 2022, hearing date by March 6, 2023, this appeal will be dismissed without further notice to appellant.
