ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Carolyn B. George, Esq., 39 North Pearl Street, Albany, New York 12207, is appointed for that purpose (see Labor Law § 538). Claimant-respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before December 9, 2019. The brief of the Commissioner of Labor, if any, shall be filed and served on or before December 23, 2019.
