Opinion

No. 05-07-00265-CV.

March 13, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 380th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 380-54606-03.

Before Justices Morris, Richter, and Mazzant.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends that the trial court abused its discretion when it denied relator's motion to transfer his modification action in a family law case to Dallas County. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them here. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown the trial court abused its discretion. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.

JOSEPH B. MORRIS JUSTICE
